To be eligible for a return and refund, your tea selection must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- In a resalable condition, suitable for further sale.
- Accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
We advise you to take a video while unboxing the package to safeguard your interest as well as ours. We will not initiate any returns or refunds without this evidence.
Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns that are:
- Opened or tampered-with tea packets.
- Discounted or sale items.
- Items damaged during return shipping (unless caused by our error).
