You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Eligible Items:

To be eligible for a refund, your tea selection must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging.
  • In a resalable condition, suitable for further sale.
  • Accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.

Non-returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or tampered-with tea packets.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  • Items damaged during return shipping (unless caused by our error).

Once we receive your returned tea selection and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
